We rely on state-of-the-art information technologies to ensure efficient and flexible processes. At our headquarters in Albstadt, a team of over 120 people supports IT systems such as SAP, Office, Unigraphics and Hybris worldwide and develops state-of-the-art software solutions, especially for the digitalisation of our production, sales and marketing areas. In doing so, they work with working methods based on well-known frameworks such as Scrum or ITIL. On the joint path to our Smart Factory, many processes in the production areas will also be automated, thus creating new perspectives.

With the Technology and Development Centre - TEZ for short - Groz-Beckert created a forward-looking platform in July 2010. The TEZ offers premises for tests as well as laboratory services and joint developments - right up to new business fields - under one roof.

Machine Construction and Tool Shop
High performance, reliable, precise
With the highest precision, we manufacture individual parts, tools, test equipment and special machines on a production area of around 14,000 m² – and all that with µ accuracy! In addition, we are available to our internal customers as a service provider for preventive maintenance & repair directly on site day and night. The department employs around 900 highly qualified specialists worldwide.

The production world of Groz-Beckert is characterised by a high degree of precision and quality. Production takes place in specialised plants around the world. At the company's headquarters in Albstadt, Germany, a completely new production world is currently being created using the latest manufacturing technologies. Here you can expect not only future-proof workplaces and modern workplace concepts that meet the needs of employees and the requirements of the economy, but also a positive working atmosphere in which New Work principles such as flexible working hours, an open discussion culture and a collegial environment are a matter of course.
